We were very sad to report the death of
MR DOUGLAS OLIFF
on Friday 15th February 2008
after a long period of failing health.

Douglas was an Honorary Life Member of the M.A.
in recognition of his contribution to our formation and
development since 1984. He had served on the committee
in our early years and we benefited greatly from his
advice and wealth of experience in canine matters.

As both a senior judge and as an author of books on the Molosser breeds, Douglas was known and respected internationally. He held the office of Secretary to the Welsh & West of England Bullmastiff Society for many years but his involvement with both Mastiffs and Neapolitan Mastiffs was also very significant.

We offer our deepest sympathy to his family at this sad time.

The funeral service was held at 2:00pm
on Tuesday 26th February
at the Forest of Dean Crematorium
Yew Tree Brake Cemetery
Speech House Road
Cinderford, Glos. GL14 3HU

Donations in memory of Douglas would be gratefully received for
