M.A. Open Show - Baginton Village, Coventry - Sunday 12th September 2010

Schedules for this show have now been posted to all members who requested them and are
also available on-line from www.fossedata.co.uk   
The revised date (moved from 19th September) was published in the May 2010 edition of our newsletter but the reason was omitted by the editor !   We had been informed earlier in the year that the proposed visit of His Holiness The Pope to Coventry Airport on the date originally booked for our show would result in that area, including the village of Baginton, being closed for security reasons so we had no option other than to move our show date.

Mrs Jean Jones
We were very sorry to hear of the recent death of Jean Jones who was a founder member of the M.A. 
and its first Hon Secretary serving from 1984 until 1992.
Jean's funeral service was held at 12:00 noon on Thursday 1st April at Worcester Crematorium. and any donations in lieu of flowers should be made payable to Cancer Research UK (in memory of Jean Jones); and sent to A.V. Band (Funeral Directors), 41 St Nicholas Street, Worcester WR1 1UW 

Great News - The KC's Good Citizen Dog Scheme Awards for 2009  - After two years with
a Second Place award, the M.A. was awarded 1ST PRIZE in its category at the awards ceremony
held at Clarges Street, London on Friday 12th February.   Further details to follow.
Our thanks are extended to everyone involved in the GCDS activities whose hard work
and commitment have contributed to this success.  Well Done !

Mastiff Breed Standard Revisions:
